When will my precious package arrive?

We know you're eagerly tracking your order like a detective on a high-stakes case! Here’s the deal:

  • Sweden: 1-3 days
  • EU: 2-6 days
  • Rest of the World: 2-8 days
    Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking number—so no need to stare out the window just yet!
What if my package arrives looking like it survived a zombie apocalypse?

First off, yikes! If your order is damaged during transport, let us know within 2 business days (7 if it’s a sneaky hidden damage). Email our team at help@whitenico.com with photos, and we’ll sort it out like superheroes on a mission.

Can I return something just because I changed my mind?

Absolutely! We have a 14-day return policy—as long as your item is in its original, unused, and un-squished condition (hygene reasons). Just email help@whitenico.com to start the process. (P.S. Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable, so choose wisely!)

What happens if I forget to pick up my order?

Uh-oh! If you ghost your package and don’t pick it up, we’ll have to charge you for the round-trip shipping costs—just like a forgotten vacation that still racks up fees. So do your package a favor and give it the home it deserves!

Can I place an order if I'm under 18?

Nope.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We get it—sometimes you hit "Buy Now" a little too fast! If you need to make changes or cancel your order, contact us ASAP at help@whitenico.com. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to help. If it’s already on its way, you might have to wait for it to arrive and then start a return.

What do I do if I receive the wrong item?

Oops! If we accidentally sent you a purple llama sweater instead of your order, let us know right away at help@whitenico.com. Send us a picture of the mix-up, and we’ll get you the right item faster than you can say "shipping mishap!"

Where is my order?

If you're refreshing your tracking page every five minutes (we've all been there), don’t worry—your order is on its way! You’ll receive a tracking number once it ships so you can stalk it properly. If it seems lost in the void, reach out to us, and we’ll investigate like true shipping detectives!
